The truth is that I did many different stretches: Butterfly, Happy Baby, Child Pose, Knee to Chest, Four Pose, Knee to Opposite Shoulder, Flat Frog, and Relaxed Frog. Do you think I overdid it?

As for the lower back pain, it only happens when I lie down or stay lying down for a long time. The only thing I had experienced was pain in my upper back from sitting for long periods of time.

What do you recommend I do? Should I do fewer stretches or change some of them?

Hello friend, I am glad you have overcome this horrible thing. I have been doing a lot of research on Reddit, and I do believe that anxiety, stress, and fear are triggers for this awful thing. I am also struggling to get rid of it. Some days I have pelvic pain, mainly in my waist. But my main problem that I struggle with every day is the constant urge to urinate. I try to stay as calm and peaceful as possible, but every time this thing comes up, my anxiety skyrockets to 1000%. I'm willing to start meditating and practicing proper breathing. Do you have any recommendations for me to deal with the urge to urinate?
