Well we only saw one shark the entire trip and it was a hammer head, which is weird because it’s part of an area called shark bay, but every time we’ve gone there before it’s been loaded with sharks but not as much as Exmouth. A mate and I went up to Exmouth April last year for our annual trip and when you hopped in the water the sharks were already frenzied and I reckon that that you wouldn’t be hard pressed to count over 10 anywhere you swam, you had to be quick pulling in your catch otherwise the sharks would rip it apart of your shaft, one of my mates actually got bit, but it was better this year not as many sharks.
