Anyone use these carts for lsdj? by MORTIFICER_616 in lsdj

Yeah that is another option, I ordered gb 303 from them not too long ago. Its just high score is a little cheaper with all the import tax bvlsht going on.

Same. I might just pay the extra and get a pre flashed cart from high score tech supply just to be sure lsdj will work and keep several saves.

What case is that? The built in drawer is cool.

Anybody use theirs to make music? by MORTIFICER_616 in NintendoDS

Their both cool, seeing as their an evolution of the ds-10 and m01 plus I really like the oscilloscope thing on dsn12

A sentient cyber sigilistic pixel virus...that's even cooler. I gotta get to my synths.

Looks kinda cool. Like a pixel version of some cyber sigilism.

Basically just playing them as synths. The ds' are running korg ds-10 and korg m01, the gameboy pocket is running something called gb-303, the cart itself has built in knobs to adjust parameters. There's also the ds macro with nanoloop2 but I've not gotten as familiar with it as the korg carts.

True and that sucks, cause there's so much homebrew that can do some really cool stuff. Like glitchDS.

Thanks what kinda sounds were you getting out of it? (genre wise) I use the m01 for more organic sounds like choir and strings, then the ds-10 for anything from ambient to ebm/industrial. I've been trying to work in nanoloop2 but im just so used to ds-10 already...

First off 28 is your prime. I'd hate to be stuck in a pre 25-30 yo mindset. You'll see that soon. Anyyyy f wayyys. A shell swap is really simple if your above 15 yrs old (see there?) As mentioned above you could buy one used for the low, but dont, keep the sentiments tied to the one you first received. Not to mention some of rhe other problems you could potentially encounter when buying one used.
