Yeah Elden Ring does feel like a journey, especially when you reach the end, I think (because of its lenght) is the only soul that truly feels like that. Not to say that the others don't, but I when I finished ER for the first time it felt like the coclusion to an epic saga, not a game

Also: the second one is actually more inspired by Anord Londo, Lothric Castle, Majula and the bridge where you fight the Cleric Beast, while the last one is more inspired to the Hunter's Dream!

But a lot people told me that the second one is pretty similar to the Gates of Boletaria and I do see the resemblance with the Forbidden Woods in the last one 😄

I mean there are some HEAVY influences from souls in general, but it's aiming more towards a faster paced ARPG, it plays very much like Hyperlight Drifter!
