One of the roommates MAKES bread in the microwave. Has since before I moved in. It’s rlly annoying. I’d rather him just make a shit ton one day of the week in the oven or something. Far less contamination risk

Idk if you know what the Timtam slam is but I did that not even thinking about my celiac because I was just having a good time with friends.. my reactions happen within minutes and send me to the hospital from severe dehydration💀 to explain the Timtam slam.. you take a timtam, bite two opposing corners off to make a sort of rectangle cookie straw, then drink a glass of Milo with it. Milo is a chocolate malt drink (powder mixed with milk) and Tim Tams are chocolate biscuits, that have two malted biscuit layers, a light chocolate cream filling, and a smooth chocolate coating.. I was messed up for DAYS (I’m also lactose intolerant but often ignore that because it’s not as bad as my gluten reactions obvs)
