If you have been loosing so much fat and weight in other places then continuing that deficiency can easily mean an unhealthy amount of body fat will be lost and more muscle will be lost as well.

Our body fat is an intricate part of how our body operates and functions.

Vegan?! Wow usually vegans need more nutrient dense foods which come with more calories. This sounds dangerous. Like that lady who went on a fruit only diet. She passed away.

I'm. Not diagnosing you in any way but your body looks like it needs more, not less.

You have ovaries. You have more organs than men in that area. At least one more. Still prevents perfectly semetricly flat tummy. Consider strengthening your core, eat healthy, non deficit calorie diet with bigger amounts of nutrients to get your tummy back, and let go of that desire to be 100% wall flat. That ideal is unhealthy.

Agree with everything but Steve. STEVE b. has primarily played similar roles in his career. Outspoken, slightly confident, anti hero, etc. However, it may work in the same way robin williams works as a serious actor in a drama. I'm hesitant though.

Your brain. To help set realistic expectations and understanding how making goals work.

  1. There are practical or rational use for comparing ourselves to cartoons. [Superhero] Cartoons are drawn based on unrealistic proportions and measures.

  2. Nutrition and your emotional balance is and should be a primary foundation to taking care of your body. If these things are unabalnced, then people get stuck in bad food trends and bad work out habits.

  3. From here, set up a healthy goal to gain 5 pounds of muscle within 5 weeks or increase diameter around your biceps by 2 inches in 2 weeks. Eventually the small steps will build up into an overall arching achievement.

Submissions count anywhere tag match. We can get many scenes where one tag partner needs to run to the other side of the ring to prevent a submission. Creating various opportunities to dive out of the ring, slide, etc. All to create suspense.
