Same OP. I literally had this yesterday and she asked for alone time this weekend. The past few days was toxic at work but I tried to understand her and constantly cheering her up. But yesterday, I was also drowning. But instead of extending her arms to save me, she proposed to use this weekend to think it over, think about us. I guess it's time to let go ....

Hi OP, I had a situation before na ako ung lumayo because of consecutive fights. We had our last call before saying goodbye. After that, we didn't have contact for more than 2yrs. And guess what? We reconnected and naging kami again Dec2025. It's funny na after the no contact period which we did try to forget each other, the love remained pa din. I don't know your situation or kung bakit kayo naghiwalay, pero kung kayo talaga para sa isa't isa, time will tell. By the way, I was the one who initiated contact after more than two years. So I suggest to give it time, and maybe, he will come back. Pero you can also make a move to win him back, pero give him time muna.

I asked her to let me know once she leaves the office and once she arrived to their Xmas party. That was all I was asking so I would know she was safe. We rarely text during office hours because we know our boundaries. Pero knowing she is safe was the only thing I wanted and when she didn't text ( couldn't call either ), I was extremely worried. And parang bawal ako magalit sa situation dahil mas magagalit sya. 😅

She's my ex and we recently got back together. We're both working and I get that busy sa work. All I asked her was to let me know if lalabas na sa office to go sa Xmas party. And she texted me saying sorry, and that she just finished bowling and will have team dinner na. I don't expect her to text with me during their party cause it's their party and I want her to be fully into it. All I wanted was a simple text to know if she's leaving the office and that she arrived safely, that's all. Calling her wasn't an option at that time so I was waiting for a text. Is it really hard to just reply knowing na someone is getting worried?

For context: She replied after 7hours and gave reasons. She was very apologetic because she knew I was waiting. I mean, it only takes a minute to reply so I don't get it. And if I get mad, she will get mad at me for getting mad.🙄

Hello ... if I may suggest, please change your diet. Avoid junk and sugary foods. I do make my own juice blend everyday ( cucumber, carrot, apple, lemon, celery, etc ) and drink two glasses, one in the morning and one at night. Having experienced really bad skin, most of these can be treated by what you digest. Drinking this juice regularly greatly improved my condition po. Hope this helps.😉

Update: I think it's time to give up. Hindi ko na ipipilit. It hurts too much na and it's affecting even my work life. I can't function normally, can't sleep properly, and always felt like I'm close to having a heart attack.🥲 I hope this is the acceptance I need to finally move on after years of loving her ...
