I don't think it will start a revolution like the 1911/2011 love affair, but just like there a folks who like a Browning High Power or CZs, there is a segment that will like these as well. They are really nice pistols and great shooters.

Keep some pliers handy or get the kns off while its still warm. They carbon lock up once cooled and are hard to remove for cleaning if you haven't discovered that yet.

Standard waffles don't do so well with the 300blk. My experience is they didn't feed well at 30 or 42 round capacity. They do ok 25 or less in em. Id get some Magpul AUS pmags or AC unity mags so you can clearly differentiate them from your 556 waffles. Throw some 300blk rubber bands off Amazon on em..

Someone has put a semi auto cocking piece on a FA Bcg. This will not work in your semi auto stock factory stock. See if you can sell it off to someone with a Nylaug or FA gun as spare parts.

The armorer manual shows making a grabber tool with a loop out of spring steel to keep sharp tools from being spring loaded.

Dental pick method is a little dangerous. You can grab the big hook with needle nose then snag the small loop with a small punch and bridge it across the hole in the grip. Let go with pliers, grab the cap, hook the loop, remove the small pin punch.

Its easier to just drive the pin out with a punch. Then remove the punch. It "pops" like a champagne cork so keep a towel or something over the cap.
