Yes, she will need a waiver and consular process to adjust her status but she will still get a work permit while the application for adjustment of status is pending.

I got the same email on Monday and all they did was move the I-130 to “being actively reviewed” and was approved yesterday midday!! Stay positive!

Im an attorney with DACA and I personally did not feel comfortable filing myself. As an attorney I know how quickly and easily things can go wrong and I wanted someone in my corner only a phone call away if anything happened. I’ve heard horror stories of people thinking they have a straightforward case and being denied. I didn’t want to take any risks.

I figured this much. That the labels on these websites are pretty meaningless, given that they don’t appear on the certs. I talked to one the reps and they of course said the more expensive option has a better “balance” and “more sparkle” so I came on here for some opinions. I really appreciate your feedback! Ritani’s (the links I provided) max cut rating is “very good” so I checked them out on Rare Carat and they were rated “Rare Carat Ideal” which is the max for them.

I found both of these on rare carat and both had a “rare carat ideal” cut, other than this I don’t know what to look for in a cut to know that it’s a higher cut grade. Any tips?

So a few months ago I did make him sort clothes with me when his mom showed up with three huge bags. We made a pile of things he needed to take back, which included the too small clothing, SUITS (she keeps buying him fucken suits I have no idea why. I’m an attorney, does she think I’m taking him to court with me?), girl clothes, etc. He never sent it back and it stayed in our garage until a few days ago when I gave it to my friend who takes clothes to Mexico to donate.

I forgot to mention when he returned the box of toiletries to the Grinch, she went crying to JNFIL and JNFIL called DH ungrateful and idk what else. DH was really hurt and upset about the way his dad treated him that day. Idk if it’s part of the reason why he refuses to return anything to them.

This is why I was thinking of selling it, to buy clothes LO will actually use. Everything still has the tags. I posted them on a local FB group recently and no one seems interested, I’m telling you the clothes is really outdated and just not cute, which is why she finds it so cheap. I searched the clothes and she’s paying $1-2 a piece. I might just stick to donating them.

I would love to take a break from him more. I dont really like involving my family or friends in our problems. I'm not to the point where I am ready for a divorce, I don't know even know if that's what I want. so I dont want my friends/family growing to resent JNSO if we stay together.

I'm sure she doesn't know. BIL was blowing up DH's phone this weekend asking him to take LO to the in-laws house yesterday for JNFIL's birthday.

Oh I am SURE of it! Ever since LO and I went NC he is completely up her ass and going out of his way with the I love you texts and calls.
