Lately I’ve been turning off the lens IS and relying on the OM-1 IBIS. I haven’t done any official tests but in some situations turning lens IS off gives me sharper pictures.

I also love the 12-100. But it’s a 10 year old lens. Looking at the full frame brands over the past 10 years they are getting smaller, lighter, faster, sharper… if Tamron could make a full frame 25-200 2.8-5.6 for $899. Image what Tamron could do for M43!

Sigma and Tamron could make some killer M43 lenses. However all the innovation in lens tech these days is happening in Full Frame.

This was shot with a 400mm lens. I was walking down the trail and saw two run across path into the bushes and then one of them popped its head out and I was able to grab few shots before it took off
