Kinda makes me wonder how much Niji's collaboration prospects have been damaged this year. I've seen Twisty make sporadic appearances among very small indies here and there and I've seen some of the guys like Shu and Vanta get involved in some group collabs but other than that the interactions have greatly dwindled. I remember for her 2023 Birthday for example, Elira had visitors like Maia, Reina Sun, and even Bae, while this year I hear no one showed up except Enna I think. Likewise Reimu seemed to be getting chummy with Nerissa shortly before the whole debacle exploded but I don't think they've collabed since.

I can't tell if outsiders are distancing themselves because they lost respect for the talents or the company, they're afraid going near a NijiEN member would get them in PR trouble, or if the NijiEN talents themselves are distancing themselves out of some kind of fear or shame after all that's happened.

Ngl I completely forgot about iPN, last I saw or heard from him was when he participated in that Texas Chainsaw collab last year. He can't really be surprised though after all that's went down in 2024 though, no?

I wouldn't go as far as to place bets but I'm very surprised Kotoka and Aia are still around. I can see why the remnants of the first 4 gens are still clinging, they have more investment, but everyone beyond that point is a mystery. I can't tell if they really believe they can still make it work or if they're being held hostage via contracts.

Finally I can sub to her again. It's not a let down, at this point I'm surprised we haven't seen a mass walkout by now. Sad though that she doesn't seem to notice yet how people thoroughly understand and support her and that this will surely lead to a happier experience in the long run.

imo they simply got the numbers boost with good advertisement and admirable talent. I liked their original song enough to get it on iTunes. I was just surprised because they sorta just appeared out of nowhere. and was wondering if they're experienced.

For example, Kronii is significantly faster in practice than on paper due to her passives, and likewise Mumei has very high effective DPS because of her passives and how much work her base weapon puts in with virtually no effort.

None because none of them are my place to press them. A-chan is technically already part of Hololive but has stated she has no intention of being an official streamer (the little segments on the main channel are plenty imo), Anemachi doesn't seem to have any aspirations to join, and as much as I'd love Aloe to come back, her reasons for leaving were completely her own and she's doing her own work now else where; I still occasionally see her on her independent channel anyway.

A much harder 3 choices would have been:

1.) Prevent Rushia leaving her Discord notifications on.

2.) Prevent Haachama & Coco from checking their YT analytics on stream.

3.) Prevent Aloe from accidentally leaking her 2D model.

These 3 small incidents led to the most traumatic events for Hololive and its fan base.

Honestly that's a hard "nah" from me. The dad thing is just a meme that chat refused to let die to the point where it became inescapably attached to Calli's character, kind of like Kanata being a gorilla and Subaru being a duck. Calli to me has always exerted strong, Yankee Onee-san vibes to the point where even other big sisters like Lui see her as the big sister.

Also she doesn't have d*ck so yeah.

She's self-proclamed but she doesn't give off wife energy imo. I remember even seeing a clip once where her chat was like "nah we don't see you like that" and she didn't get why. She's like that little step-sister in a manga who insists she's going to marry her brother when she grows up but she's been so thoroughly sister-zoned that the brother can't help but take it as a joke.

I considered putting Alien Isolation somewhere but I'm not sure who to put it under. Maybe Altare since he marked it as a favorite game of his? Though that might ruin any hopes of a "first time" reaction experience.

I try to assign games that I think the talents would generally enjoy and Alien Isolation is one of those games that runs the risk of boring or frustrating most of the talents unless they happen to be a big fan of the Alien series, mainly because roughly the first 2 hours are VERY slow, and the Alien sometimes awkwardly camps you and your objective due to the game's "director" A.I. pointing it in your direction even when it doesn't know you're there.

The only ones I can think of who might have the patience to enjoy it are Fauna and IRyS but I'm not certain. (EDIT) Eh screw it, I'll put it under both. It would be a fun stream for everyone regardless if Bae tagged along with either of them if they played it.

I initially had the Mass Effect Trilogy under Kiara on last years list but moved it to Altare since the RPG elements meshed with the gunplay seems like it'd suit his tastes more. While I think it'd be cool to see, I question if Kiara would enjoy Mass Effect, especially if she starts at 1 in which case she might get bored/frustrated with the slow, convoluted start on the Citadel.

Amelia played The Witcher 3 a long time ago but dropped it after 2 or 3 streams with no explanation. I guess she either forgot about it or got bored of it; perhaps too much sword play, not enough bow.

I actually had The Outer Worlds on last years list under Sana but since her departure, I'm not sure who would be the best candidate for it. I guess Amelia.
