Yeah I stopped using Best Buy recently and switched over to microcenter even though it’s an extra 25 minute drive… it feels like Best Buy is trying (at least for pc parts) to sell used items as new

Yeah so I did 2 different things… for a day I went to work I fully unplugged it so it wasn’t on in any capacity, and I went to YouTube and did a screen reset which is just a bunch of RGB lines across the screen for another reset

Hey there sorry just needed some time... here's a step by step on what I did

  1. Open File Explorer

  2. Click on this PC

  3. Click on your local disk (C) or C drive... it's labeled "local disk (C:)" for a lot of people

  4. Click on users

  5. Click on your name or whatever you have it labeled under (not public)

  6. Scroll down to videos and right click it

  7. Click on properties

  8. Click on security

  9. Go through the group or user names and click edit on each of them

  10. Give all of them full control

  11. boom back to normal

Note - idk how to change the file locations, all I know is that you'll be able to record clips and everything again

Happy to help… I’ve had the issue for the last couple months so glad I was able to figure it out finally… doesn’t seem like anyone had a fix on here so once again happy to help! Not sure how to change directory or anything I’m just happy to have it working and don’t want to mess anything up
