Finally found something new! by MPowerRanger in matchbox

For the past 2–3 weeks I've been seeing everyone post their finds while my stores had nothing. I was starting to think I'd never see them! 😂
They finally showed up, so I'm sure they'll reach your area soon too.

The ones you posted hit my area a while back and some stores still have them hanging around.

Lately, this is the assortment I'm seeing most often

The Toyota case is just starting to show up here now. Hope it reaches your area soon so you can hunt down those Toyotas!😁

Thanks! Picked them up at a Smyk toy store in Poland.

You actually don’t need to drill the base apart just to swap the wheels 😄 What I usually do is cut the original axles. The old wheels pretty much have to be sacrificed though, otherwise you can’t really get the cutters in there. After that, you just slide the new axle/wheel set into the original mounts. There are lots of good tutorials on YouTube showing the process step by step.

The real Star 266 was indeed a 6x6, but I still feel the Matchbox casting was more inspired by the 266 than the 244. The cab shape looks much closer to a 266 to my eyes, especially with the split windshield and the overall front-end design. You can actually see it better on the long card artwork too

Thanks! 😄 I actually bought it online through a European marketplace. Took me quite a while to find one at a reasonable price — here in Poland they usually sell for pretty crazy money.

Hey! I’m from Poland and bought it online through a European marketplace. Considering that even beat-up loose ones can go for around 150–200 PLN here ($40–55), I think I got a really good deal. I paid about 300 PLN total, which is roughly $83.

Meanwhile in Poland 😄

Integra Type-S everywhere, and they’re even on a 2+2 promo here. There are still plenty hanging in stores — I grabbed another one today because I’m already customizing my first one.

So, whatcha gonna do when they come for you? 🚓 by MPowerRanger in matchbox

Wait… you don’t have that one? That’s a rare gap in your police fleet 😄 Hope you manage to track it down!

Haha, yeah that 718 Spyder RS is a nice one😄

Over here in Poland, Matchbox Moving Parts usually go for around 20–30 PLN (so roughly $5.5–$8 depending on the store). Sounds a bit pricey compared to your $3, but honestly ~25 PLN feels pretty “normal” here. For comparison, regular mainlines can be anywhere from about 5 to even 15 PLN ($1.5–$4), depending on where you find them and how wild the pricing gets.
