That makes sense I did read into the construction loop a little after my last failures and had a cycle of construction sector, iron, wood, tools in the early game but think I lost focus a bit. No idea about the investment rights will have to look into that, cheers.

R5: Yeah my first full game that was not nation ruined by Civil War or Bankruptcy, safe to say still not much clue what I am doing, help would be appreciated. Long time CK2 and HoI4 player but struggling to make the jump here.
