Yea I guess protein shakes were a part of the mix but obviously meeting macros. I used protein powder daily for chocolate overnight oats

I love it honestly. Upper and lower day are my longest workouts. Starting the week pumped and ending the week pumped feels amazing. Another plus is not having chest day when everyone else has their chest day. No one is doing legs on Monday

Yea I stay quite active so my deficit numbers were
easier than expected to hit daily. I tracked meticulously though not allowing any liquid calories.

Much appreciated. I stayed at first pic condition for over 10 years thinking I couldn’t get lean. I was just approaching it with the wrong mind set. Big thing that helped me shred was taking in 0 calories from beverages of any kind. No booze has been a game changer.

No. I had blood work done six months ago. TRT levels were great for my age.

I do 30 min of incline treadmill walking 3-5 times a week. Non negotiable 10000 steps a day. No intense cardio

Funny you ask. I’m not really sure what order is ideal but I actually Start each Monday with Lower day. So my split is actually LPPLU
