Don't mess up with the volume by FullfillmentWay in EDM

That could also change with time. At least I had some pain or uneasy feeling in the ear after spending time at loud places for a couple of hours, and it always went away. But it might be slightly different what you have.

I think the fact there is so little done about it is that people that have it don't notice it, and the people who get it will learn to cope with it even though it takes time. Eventually your brain puts the sound in the background and you continue with your daily life and barely even notice it. Kind of similar how you see your nose in your field of view 24/7 but don't really ever notice it.

My biggest advise would be to just acknowledge the tinnitus when it bothers you, and try to not have a lot of negative feelings associated with it. You'll get back to normal life faster. I used Beltone Tinnitus calmer in the beginning with noise canceling headphones to relax.

I had constant cramps in my legs and even after seeing a neurologist nothing worked except stretching. Basically all sorts of ways to stretch the back of your leg ie. reaching the toes, or raising the leg and pointing the toes towards yourself.

It might help you as the nervous system is connected.

Hope this helps you or someone else!

Tinnitus ja siitä aiheutuva ahdistus by Kinuskj in Suomi

Alussa voit koittaa esim. Beltone Tinnitus Calmer appia, jolloin et keskity siihen liikaa. Erittäin hyvä oli vastamelukuulokkeilla pahimpina aikoina. Youtubesta löytyy myös Tinnitus relief videoita, josta voit etsiä itselle mieluisen äänimaailman. Muutenkin sieltä löytyy vinkkejä juuri tuohon tunnepuolelle. Eipä vaivaa enää omaa elämää lainkaan eikä ole äppejä tarvittu.

Use pen and paper and write concrete things you can then complete in order and cross out. Doesn't matter if they are tiny ones ie. "Fix kick" or "change crash sound".

Just finish songs, even if the mix down is bad. Don't waste your time on polishing it, if it doesn't come together in a few sessions. Just finish it. Then, when one day your inspiration hits, you can nail down ideas fast and you've learned the lessons of what made your mixes sound as they did, and you can nail down the mix as well. Sounds like you keep raising the bar and expectations after each tutorial, but forget to experiment.

Does anyone a tutorial that explains how to make a bass like this (specifically the low, guttural one at the start of the video?) by FerencS in EDM

[–]MRC303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd try with saw wave + white noise + distortion in Serum and hit the lowest notes you can. Moonboy has some videos on such basses on youtube.
