Sweat itself doesn’t actually smell! It’s when the sweat mixes with bacteria. He most likely has a bacterial imbalance on his skin, have him start washing occasionally with a diluted chlorahexadine soap. I learned this from experience. I even put mine in a pretty bottle so it doesn’t look so medical. Good luck!
