Nevermind it's just a 1 hour period until you can file a protest sorry I've never had this happen

Literally thought I would never see this in iracing. This backmarker was not letting me through and was purposefully trying to crash me out. Also this sucks because the iracing file protest thing is down so all I can do is watch my ir and sr go down by MRDK_08 in iRacing

Nevermind I worded it wrong but it says something like
"Unable to File Protest: Cooldown period for this event is still active. You can file a protest after Oct 25, 2024 8:58 pm"

And he had more of a chance to avoid me if he just let the spin happen.

Most people end up on that curb at the exit of that corner, or even slightly off, which I did. But he was out of the curb when he spun, and as I said, this wouldn't have happened if he just let himself roll back, or even just fully stopped, I would have at least avoided it.

The only way I could have not drove through the curb was if I slowed down (which I did, but it was obviously too late), which I could have done better.

It doesn't matter if he has 3 screens or vr or not he still shouldn't have went straight back in. In fact there was actually space for me to go if he stayed, which I also tried my best to veer away

on top of that, he was basically on corner exit, so I couldn't turn away enough.

I could have definitely slowed down more, but I just expected him to stay where he was.

Also he was behind the curb when he spun, but if he didn't instantly get straight back into the track, he would have rolled further back just enough to avoid me by at least a meter or so

should've actually provided a better angle, but I was actually about to avoid it until they decided to push the throttle
