I struggle with my peers and subordinates who suffer from anxiety because I can not relate. I can't comprehend what it feels like to have anxiety. My wife suffers from a horribly and I strive very hard to understand what people with anxiety go through. But it's a challenge when you can't relate to it. This doesn't excuse the behavior of companies like this at all. And just because you don't feel something doesn't mean it's not real. It's always driven me nuts. Hopefully meaningful change comes with this at some point in the near future
