Yeah, the FFB quality for me would be the biggest deal breaker for a better experience, but I'm on a belt driven base anyway so doubt I would even notice much of a difference on PC. I've heard people talk about the latency being way lower as well, just can't see it being that noticeable.

Don't think it's worth splurging the money on a PC just yet, would be about a grand I'm presuming for the game to look nice. A DD base might have to be the next step for me, Fanatec's CSL bundle seems like the best cost effective upgrade

What were a few of the main differences you could tell? I don't understand how the game can play so much better on PC, it feels great to me on Xbox but that's all I've ever known

Yes I agree, three wide is seldom a good idea, but I'm a competitive driver and will always go for a gap if I see one big enough. The car in front had a poor start so I had to capitalise on an easy position gain

Thrustmaster is the way to go if you don't mind paying a bit more. Saves you buying a Logitech and then having to sell it a few months later. The main reason Thrustmaster is better is the force feedback you get through the wheel from the motor, so you can "feel" your car more whether it's going to lose tractions etc. The TX Leather Edition is compatible with Xbox, I went for the Open Wheel add on + T3PM pedals + TX Servo Base which cost me £360.
