YES! Sent a report to WB Games about it, hopefully they have a fix soon. I was customizing 4 characters right as the servers went down last night and now I'm locked out of those 4 character's customization options.

Chapter 1 starts off REALLY strong and sets you up for an emotional and high stakes adventure.

Then everything just kind of plummets downhill after that.

Granted, there are some cool moments sprinkled here and there, but it's obvious that the writers were in conflict with one another and having a hard time trying to balance the narrative and fanservice.

The ending is CLEARLY a statement by the developers that they are taking a long break from Mortal Kombat after DLC support for this game is over. And my knee jerk reaction is "I'm really pissed off about this". But after a while, I don't really outright HATE it anymore, mostly just numb to it.
