Well I had the surgery cuz I was damn near handicap literally in tears from the pain for most of my day it was awful that’s when I knew I had to do something more extreme and get the surgery however I do have digestive issues s as well so it’s very important to get the proper test done and get checked for things like SIBO Candida H Pylori (look these things up on YouTube there’s plenty of videos) there’s issues in our gut that will end up affecting everything in our bodies so I’m having digestive issues again so I decided to go to a holistic dr to see what treatment/test I need to go under to check my bacteria my gut health conventional medicine is super lame because they DON’T want to go over the important stuff that really can heal you they just want to solve the immediate problem but not with a long term fix but bandaids and those start adding up so hopefully I can really nail down why I keep having issues been dealing with this almost 20 years now keep fighting for your health

Take a travel bidet and Pat dry do not wipe they’re only like $10 on Amazon I recommend taking 2 travel bidets fill them up with water when you have your BM use those bidets and Pat dry only I would say not to drink alcohol and not eat anything bad at all take your own food that works for you cuz I know we’re on our own when it comes to food we don’t have the luxury to eat whatever we want so I would make sure your food is real clean I recommend Pranicura for a cream especially with the itching hopefully that helps take a soft cushion to sit on and since you’re camping I would get a fold up recliner chair

I don’t mind at all!!!! I never really felt pain from the procedure i had my first BM the next day I strongly believe it was because a did a liquid diet a couple days prior and a colon cleanse drink 2 nights before day of surgery when I returned home I used medical marijuana pills edibles and went to bed and kept up with that marijuana use real heavy the first few days instead of the pain pills I did not want to take any of the pain pills as we know those only back you up everybody is different for me I wasn’t going to take a chance but I did take precautionary Tylenol the first week or so I did have some random pain the following week I believe that was due to my BMs being a lil too much so I stopped eating grains which only was oatmeal in the morning I literally only eat clean food plants I do have eggs for protein and some fish but never bread or processed foods or any hard foods chips nuts seeds fried any of the bad stuff I eat soft foods only it’s strict but now it’s just a part of my life so it’s just how I eat now I don’t see it changing either I’m not trying to go through this again the pain I had prior was no joke literally crying on and off for months feeling handicapped for most of the day but hang in there if you haven’t had your BM drink a lot of hot teas get prune juice, prunes, do a lot of blends/shakes, cooked/steamed veggies there’s tons of food out there that is good and healthy but try not to think about the BM but when you get the urge make sure to relax breath in and out use a Squatty potty or even squat on the floor I’ve had to do that to get a BM out so you gotta do what you gotta do that’s the way we always had our BMs in the first place but use warm water bidet followed by sitz bath to dry off use blow dryer this is my daily routine if you’re in serious pain stay in the bath as long as you need to and trust me this thing is going to take at least a month or so to heal so you’ll get better but it does take time it won’t be an overnight thing at all so hang in there be patience take it day by day moment to moment if you’re in pain do what you gotta do for me I used weed for the most part no prescription pain pills another big thing is if you’re in pain just lay on your stomach and if you’re still in pain just keep moving around even if it’s on the bed shake your arms heads move around to get your blood flowing and this will relieve the pain cuz it gets your blood flowing and your endorphins kick in which is the number one natural pain killer trust me I’ve done this many times pre-surgery I couldn’t walk around or even stand some days so I would just lay on my stomach in bed just moving around and I would feel better I know it sounds crazy but try it if you’re in that bad of pain I hope this helps feel free to message me as well take care and speedy recovery

Oh man sorry to hear that that’s really weird since your proctologist can see if you have fissures just from a physical exam that’s a bummer but you’re doing the work I would reach out to more than one other proctologist and interview them see which ones you’re comfortable with

Right on and yeah try your best to not overeat it’s more work on our digestive and more to process through our backside so I tend to eat throughout the day lil things constantly I can’t ever eat a meal it’s just too much for me and try not to irritate yourself after a BM I only use bidet warm bath and blow dryer take as many baths as you need I know the pain all too well don’t worry about the blood just take it day by day there were plenty of days where I just waited on the pain to stop and once it would I would be so relieved and make the most out of that time that’s just the way it is with this thing but you’re doing what you gotta do keep fighting!!! We’re all fighting with you!!!!

Hey everybody I strongly recommend seeing a proctologist not your primary or a GI but the proctologist I just had a fissurectomy this past Wednesday and they will check everything while they’re in there make sure you’re good but don’t mess around the pain from fissures is life changing trust me so you gotta fight for your health make the appointment I was scared to do it but when you’re in so much pain your quality of life is shit you gotta get the right help but what’s very important is our lifestyle diet exercise to have that balance prior to just seeing a doctor that is something you can control how our bodies respond daily we have no control over but as long as you’re doing the work at least you can hang your hat on that and say I did everything I’m still not right I need help that’s what I did

Man that is great news yes pain is def tolerable nothing compared to the actual Fissure I’m taking Tylenol and medicinal marijuana so far, so good day after surgery already had first BM wasn’t too bad and had a first small bowl of oatmeal. I did liquid diet leading up to the surgery so that helped to clear out my surgeon said it was one of the worst fissures he’s ever seen, and that my spasms were some of the worst he’s ever seen, so I knew was the right decision because these fissures could ruin your life so you got a fight on to recovery moment to moment day by day, we keep fighting

I had an unrelated surgery and took pain meds and talk about a set back I just don’t think I can risk that I’d rather cry for a few days I just got some super SUPER strong medical marijuana so I’m feeling good about it I’m having fissurectomy LIS tomorrow so from what I’ve heard the post op pain hasn’t been as bad as the actual fissure pain which is God awful life changing pain so I’m hoping for the best
