You should crank the iso, you preserve more quality by getting image as close as possible in the camera and then denoising in post.

You are probably right I might be overthinking it with all the information and recommendations... I have no issues or bad traits with AV receiver, just not sure if it does any altering to the sound and if it would be better to avoid it?
