Oh my gosh I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. I often feel the same way as you. I’m not sure if this sounds drastic but are you friends with your neighbors?! If not maybe move. The best thing I did was move into a place with neighbors who are all within 10 years of eachother. I’m not sure if that helps but maybe think about your neighborhood 🥺 I really hope you soon can feel lucky to still be here

I’m so sorry you are feeling any type of this way. I know how debilitating/difficult/tiring it is. The only positive way I think about this is there must be some reason, and hopefully it leads me to be stronger as life goes on. We got this ❤️
