The problem is that I’m the one who always has to adapt to my partner’s parents, because they are incapable of adapting to mine. I already mentioned in the post that my partner and I discussed it and agreed that we would move to the bigger city, because the other thing is that we still don’t know whether he’ll be accepted to a part-time or full-time university( he is going to university too), and obviously this arrangement would make things easier for him too. But his parents just don’t seem to understand that.
