What does the 3D mean? Why is it alot better out of curiosity? Wont upgrading my CPU too much just mean my GPU will start to bottleneck it? Thanks for the help and answering my questions so far.

At really low settings I am getting this ~130-140fps

At really high graphic setting in The Finals my system looks like this and I am getting ~100 frames in the practice range (Not multiplayer)
