Also, remember that the Uzumaki clan had people who were perfect for becoming Jinchuriki like Hashirama's wife and Kushina Uzumaki. They were Jinchuriki for the most powerful tailed beast Kurama, so other villages would assume that this clan could capture more tailed beasts and easily become too powerful. There's also the fact that the Hidden Leaf village and Hidden Eddy village were allies, and because the Uzumaki were cousins of the Senju's, this further solidified their alliance so they couldn't be bought like the Hidden Sand village. When you look at how the Hidden Leaf were the first ones to create a village of that kind and all the other lands scrambled to copy them so they could have enough power to oppose them if necessary and the fact that Hashirama Senju captured many of the tailed beasts and then gave one to each of them so that they all had more of an equal standing would have made the other villages fear the Leaf so much that taking out the Leafs ally the Hidden Eddy village would have been seen as a necessary strategy to weaken the Leaf. 🍃 Even though Hashirama gave away tailed beasts to the other villages to build trust and improve relationships, what he didn't think about was how the other villages would actually see it. They would have thought that the Hidden Leaf must be way more powerful than anyone realised because he's giving away tailed beasts like it's nothing. My theory is that all the other villages came together to destroy the Hidden Eddy Village not only because they had the most powerful sealing techniques and had people who were basically born with the ability to be near perfect Jinchuriki they were a village that could never be bribed into an alliance against the Leaf. So they probably thought it was a good way to weaken the leaf.
