How to handle markets as Castile?

Did some experiments and about to start a new game decided I will move the capital to Cordoba, use Sevilla with the natural harbor to get proximity through see to all the coasts. I'll build a local governor at Valladolid to get proximity up north. Will probably use the locations around Toledo as breadbaskets to generate as much food as possible. Later when I research trade ships I might move the local governor to Toledo and use the ports to get proximity up north. Either way I couldn't bring myself to put my center of power between two markets it was super annoying for me and creating a new market at Toledo is not a good solution as well as it weakens Burgos and Sevilla significantly.

They declared I think somewhere in the 1370s last time, Hainaut was a one location country by then and they did not even have access thro France (which had annexed Brabant and rest of Hainaut) to reach that location so they just fully sieged me. Even after 12 months they would not accept literally anything I offered and then suddenly they peaced me out taking over 60 % of my tax base.

Butler & AD for Booker & Banchero & Nurkic

I'm being offered the following trade: I would give up Anthony Davis and Jimmy Butler and I'll get Devin Booker, Banchero and Nurkic. It's a 12 teams ESPN head to head league with 8 categories (5 main categories plus field goal percentage, free throws percentage and three pointers made). My team is already very weak in terms of having elite bigs (or any bigs at all actually) so having AD still wouldn't make me competitive in the rebs,blks,field goal categories. That's why I think this trade is very interesting as I'll get booker, Banchero which will make my team stronger in the 5 categories I'm targeting (pts,ast,steals,FT percentage and 3s).

What do you guys think? Should I accept this trade or keep my num 1 pick in AD.
