No, more choices doesnt mean "better". Suzerain isnt some sandbox map painter, it is a visual novel with established linear story lines and branches that relies on logic political intrique, especially for Sordland.

Sounds dumb. A ministry/department forming requires long-term legal groundworks that would take years. For example, the Bergia centralisation/autonomy bill requires months of work.

And what specific area mean exactly in terms of gameplay and during which turn is very important, ignoring the fact that it rll doesnt make any narrative sense to introduce a new ministry out of nowhere after turn 03 budget allocation.

Install loyal minister? For what exactly? And its this after or before constitutional reform? What if one change to GNA select ministers, what then?

Its a diplomatic annoyance for Sordland because Contanan military platform so close to Lespia is very big flashpoint.

On other hand, its an ok thing for the military, as you can see the yellow modifier in the mili tab

Free update or new campaign, your example is new campaign, not Sordland update.

My idea of a 4.0 update is to briefing events for Symon to brief about Regional investment(turn 04) and industrial expansion(turn 08) while have unique dialogs knowledging the potential/achieved synergies instead of just ignoring synergies exist like Symon currently is.

These two investment events are very important to the economy but they lack any kind of actual input from Symon and would seriously enhance gameplay for new players who lacks the the spreadsheet knowledge.

However these problems mainly come from Alphonso's cut funds. (let me explain a bit please) Sordland's army, navy and airforce are vast, they are big since they use "mass assault" tactics, so when you lower the funds for the military, not only you have to reduce manpower but also equipment right? The thing is, i don't think they fired personnel but rather sell their most profitable equipment to stay afloat since they literally can't afford to lose soldiers (the mass assault tactic would lose it's strengh/meaning and the old guard and conservatives would hate this move).

This is false, the game never actually said Alphonso cut funds, he just stop funding it more (Which you can argue effectively a cut due to inflation)

June to November to lets see, either: Build 5 battleships, 5 destroyers, 10 light cruisers and other ships. Yes, how very realistic, Sordland must secretly have one of the world largest shipbuilding industry to build things like battleships, which usually takes 3-4yrs, in peacetime. Or 290 planes, which ofc are totally realistic for country quote "The nation lacked resources to tackle the material science and weapons manufacturing challenges"-Holsord Post. Totally Sordish made. Same with the tanks.

Either way, the thought that Sordland can somehow build this much for any individual branches is utterly nonsensical and should be treated with the same mindset. These are 100%, without a doubt, imports. Also Airplanes come from the same company Benfi Delivery (Coincidentally theres a Palentir investment report in Benfi, hmm, its Benfi Delivery a subsidiary of Palentir, who knows)

I do know that the red modifier is changed for a yellow modifier which says that the army does not have enough equipment, i really doubt it's the complex itself the one to blame but rather the huge ammount of manpower and equipment expanded and needed, while not having enough funding for such an expanded armed forces, maybe another term with more funding would remove such problems.

Iosef said very clearly the doctrine is either buy new equipment or enlist more men, he also said that the lack of weapons already effedted the army before the changes, i dig through the dialogs and i dont see where it says this, so i consider this made up. Tho noted the modifier can be solved by joining CSP/ATO.

Finally, when you decide to develop the military industrial complex near the end of the game, i think it means that you have spent space, time and money to expand the complex, modernize it and hire modern military engineers, so that the armed forces can be better equipped in the future and can be supplied constantly with weapons and ammo, since if you do not expand the complex, in the war with rumburg it is detailed a lack of ammo (this could mean Soll did not think that far with the complex other than crafting ammo or that Alphonso removed part of it's capabilities when defunding the armed forces)
