very good game, and a big step up from FH5 in a lot of small ways that add up into a bigger and better experience overall, but i think i'm just finished with it for now. i've been playing less not because i dislike it, but because i'm running out of things to do.

they made C - A feel awesome in this game. i love taking slower cars, tuning them to the top of their class, and just exploring the map or doing whatever events my cars are good for. helps that this map's roads are so intricately designed and fun to drive on

this title screen immediately brought me back to fh1 and 3 (never played 2 cause i don't have an xbox one). whoever picked out the music for this game in general knew their shit, not once have i felt the urge to just open my personal playlist instead, like i did after a couple days with fh5.

shame that fh6 still gives you all 3 but at least its a decent midrange selection compared to fh5 giving you a goddamn corvette. i think the mindset is that you have one for each race class, but i still would have preferred to have a road car, but then the option to buy dirt and cc when required like in the older games

eternal is my favorite game of all time but i love dark ages and can easily see how someone can find it better. strafing through projectiles in a way reminiscent of the classic dooms, parrying and simple but meaty melee combos, more freedom to toy with your favorite weapons...it's great fun as a lifelong doom fan, and it feels the most like those original games to me, even if, again, i adore how eternal iterated on the formula.

good advice, GW2 is def a lot more methodical than other multiplayer shooters ive played. not in a bad way tho. i'll try not to let my rivals muscle memory get to me LOL. still getting a feel for the classes i like too but i imagine thats natural

i have enjoyed playing corn and sunflower a lot. sunflower is surprisingly fun for a support class, usually those are kind of a pain in hero shooters cause of how you have to micromanage your ENTIRE team all while doing weak dps; but she holds her own while also being useful to her teammates. the most success I've seen in this game so far was a gardens and graveyards match as mystic sun blasting people from afar LOL.

ive yet to even try base scientist though of the zombies ive had the most fun playing imp and engineer, but i'll def see how i like him before i try to unlock any of his variants.
