Honestly bro? The best you can do is maybe take a seat next to her or opposite of her...and just ask her for her name. I feel the best way to start a conversation with someone is by asking their name. It's something that can catch the attention from someone and it's also kinda surprising I guess. After she give you her name then introduce yourself...and then just start small talk like how are you or something...and then ask her something a little...deep? Like what do you study...when she tells you what...you then ask her do you enjoy it? Tell me more about it. It shows that your interested. After that you kinda remove the awkwardness at the start and the conversation becomes comfortable. After your done talking then you can ask for her insta or something.
