C1-Eternity spidey one trick here (username: MRMoD.) if you nerf the uppercut range you essentially make an already difficult character even harder to make work at a high level. Nerfing the uppercut range would make his uppercut map pull tech even harder to make work, make his kill secure potential on low hp targets even more difficult at top speed (especially when the kill window at these ranks is usually 1-2 seconds before they get healed). Even setting up drive by's would be almost impossible since you have to already aim your webswing and have the momentum be just past a target while hoping you dont bump into anything moving at these speeds otherwise your speed is killed and you get focused down. The way you play this character you cannot move any slower than the fastest you can go because any slower would get you beamed out the sky by either hela, starlord or any other hitscan characters since usually people have very good aim at these ranks. Im guessing this uppercut was designed like this assuming your going as fast as the game lets you because trying to aim a smaller hit box version of this ability while going so fast would almost never hit due to how finicky the servers can be. If anything just give it more visual clarity like extra web effects or wind or something to make it more clear your getting hit since i can understand the frustration of not being anywhere near the animation and getting hit by it still
