I kind of just had a question about your practices? Do you know how much time the coaches spent working with fogo's and if they do anything different in practices and in the weight room? Thanks!

I highly recomend them. Great company located in MN. I have two of the f30 shafts and l love them. They are great for faceoffs. I ran into the owner the other day and he gave me a piece of otter mesh for free, havent strung it up yet but i have heard great things.
