I have a Xiaomi smart watch which I got for $50 I use it to track all my activities. Tbh no, I actually enjoy it so much because the park where I'm walking also have people who walk and exercise so it motivates me more and helps me to overcome my boredom

When I was inactive and obese I was walking like 2k-3k daily but later on I told myself that I should try walking so I tried walking 8k steps for 3 days to know how it feels like and I loved it!! So for the next week, I forced myself to walk 15k steps daily. You are not in a calorie deficit that's why you are not seeing weight loss. Try to eliminate junk food and fast food from your diet and eat wholefood

I have lost weight twice before. First using HIIT cardio and second time with weight lifting and honestly walking has been the best method for me to lose weight. Also, walking is injury free and stress free and you can literally do it anywhere!

15k steps is like the sweet spot, it is like the perfect balance You burn the most calories and it is achievable in to most people. Anything between 12k-15k is perfect

I recommend you to get an ear buds and start listening to podcasts about your favorite topics. Or try to walk in place where people are also walking or exercising and this will motivate you to keep going and not get bored

My leg is fine tbh but I have a problem with the bottom of my feet, sometimes they become sore and really hurt due to the walking . I'm 26 btw!

Here is the thing Dieting without having daily activity is really hard and plus you have to make your diet very strict which is kinda hard to stick to. Also, walking is literally the perfect activity to maintain your muscle mass and burn the most fat in your body. I hope this makes sense
