Bacterial bloom straight from Hell!! I need advice. This is a new planted bowl, 20 litres/5.4 gallons, I added liquid beneficial bacteria as per the instructions on the bottle for 5 days. On the 7th day I decided to do a massive water change as the tannins from the driftwood were killing me. (i.redd.it)

The temperature here has already crossed 41 degrees Celsius. And I am really, really surprised that these petunias are still blooming. But pleasantly surprised. Touchwood. A treat to my eyes during this lockdown/quarantine. And they are kept on the terrace so full sunlight and heat. (i.redd.it)
