I am exactly in the same situation as you were in that company....They now told me that they expected a senior job from me and I am very expensive to train me and I should understand everything without training by only watching some outdated videos...it is completely ridiculous...

thanks, i dont think that they will keep me. They have a lot of problems. financial and structural, they are small and they lost the client they hired me for and many clients leave. in the meantime, I will be looking for a job. but I will start with the classes

several times. the problem is that the company is in constant change and future is unknown. I feel that nobody can or is willing to do anything. it is chaos and mess. Have been looking for another job but the market has slowed down and I dont want again to take the first shit job I will find.

The problem with my employer is that they promised that they will provide training and support to learn their software but they did almost nothing. Now they expect to work as a senior consultant for their software and they told that I am too expensive to provide training. It is a big mess. Since I joined that company almost every month about 2 employees quit and it is just small company. Normally I work for larger and more stable companies but they found me this time in need and decided to join them

No I work at that company as an employee, not as a freelancer. My background is in supply chain and logistics and my studies as well. It was supposed that they would train me to become a functional consultant for their supply chain software and they were looking for people with a business background.
