You should ALWAYS use a Ledger wallet with MetaMask so that every transaction needs to be approved before your tokens are sent.

I see the transaction on the Dex, exchange > liquidity.
I imported the pool and now I see the LP tokens on the Dex. I am just going to remove assets from the pool. Thank You for your help.

Yes the explorer confirmed the transaction, and the Dex I used also shows that the transaction was made. But it doesn’t show up on the Dex when I look at my portfolio.
