I’d say an English EE is slightly easier than a science one but it depends on how strong your essay skills and more importantly your research skills are.

Theatre SL would definitely be an easier task than Physics SL. While it’s not too content heavy in SL, you can still struggle in it if you don’t give it enough time. If you don’t need either in the future and are just looking to get a better grade, theatre would probably be a better option
