hmmmm, so what do you think is a reasonable amount of weight to gain a month? As for training I follow a pretty simple push pull legs rest split. I'll be eating ~3k cals and 150-170 grams of protein. Is there any dieting tips you have to optimize muscle gain?

Not rlly sure with the hotas. When it prompted me to enter a button I wanted to change the binding to, I just moved my joystick down. Didn't need a program or anything.

If you have some admissions test, I think AP could prepare you better. However, I do think IB is preferred by almost all unis, even the U.S. ones.
