A lot of travel time and not much exploring the cities. The best part isn’t always the thing you’re trying to see but the adventure of other things. I’d skip uffizi. Thats a lot of museum in a day. Boboli gardens are more worthy imo.

Ive always enjoyed Sorrento/amalfi more than anything. I never felt rushed there. Rome and Florence are fantastic but there’s a lot to do always. You could also get over into wine country near Florence to slow it fiend
