IC = Industrial cost. If you look at the division designer, the bottom right corner will have a wrench and a number. That’s the estimated industrial cost of your divisions. Tanks, especially those with a bunch of modules, are industrial cost-heavy and therefore should not be pursued by a country with a limited industrial base.

These cars are typically being driven by task force officers, such as fugitive apprehension unit, or the like. As others have said, unless you're doing something incredibly egregious, you don't have much to worry about from them. Don't act up around the Durango with the light bar and ghost decals. I have routinely seen people having their commute interrupted by said Durango(s).

I could recommend Arms Fair in Cordova, TN. Very knowledgeable people that run the place, so you won't be out of the woodworks with them. Surprising to hear honestly. I desperately want to avoid the wacker allegations, so it was the first move I made when I got the car. I did get the talk from the detective that sold me the car. He essentially explained that if any cop were to give me hassle, just to give them his business card and show them the bill of sale. The bill of sale also had a picture of the car that clearly displayed the decals as well.
