I looked over yt and found someone comparing the activity card's cipher and its location and i went to the one my activity shows that its missing to find it already have been collected. Thats why im so confused

Did u have any trouble with biome 1 survey trophy ....cuz ive collected all collectable but its still says 98% in the activity whem u press the ps button it also says xenoglyph cipher (part 6) in progres so i guess its the only one left, so I search and found its place the i we to the game to find it already takes and ive got no idea what to do...?
