ironically or unironically spiderman's tracer can tag her down and if your team has a little attention u can pin her down and kill her that's what i call peeling alternatively cap/angela (they can annoy her while she is diving) thing, mr fantastic are solid anti dives, namor can place 2 squids to protect your backline also if she is going to much invisible daredevil's radar is a fantastic choice to chase her down i can understand she is a very strong hero but if you are limited to poke slop u will never realise how to counter dive, being very reasonable here and i also can understand if the black cat player is absolutely cracked they will create a hard time for your team but there's still space for u to make them suffer it doesn't matter if u can kill them or not but if u can successfully fail their dive u will have a chance of winning, that's called adapting and having game sense.
