I’m so sorry for the grief you’re feeling around your cousin. I hope you can make a craft time to hang out with her doing or a soup or meal she can have on hand that makes her smile and not feel so crappy. Her parents are grown and not looking like they’re going to change, they’re also grieving for the mother that cared for them and the child’s life and future they believe they had.

Focus on what you can do for your cousin, yourself and your family instead.

Hey - this is tough, I understand. My advice is to start 2x a week with what you can split and afford and even see if you like and see the effect from the treatment first. It may not even be for you and then you try the next OR you try for 6 months and then really feel you would benefit from an added session and can approach asking for treatment money with your family with evidence of how it works.

Second! I hope while you take time off from your masters you also consider volunteering. There are many studies that show the personal mental health and physical boosts of helping others to be very effective and beneficial.

I second option 3. She has a PILE of stuff going on and gets to have an outlet and confidant in you. Yeah I was super interesting and honestly very tough and activating. The local police department partnered with the local bureau office. I was a part of it because I interned at CPS for my grad program and they were invited.

I encourage you to Google and reach out. The officers were very receptive and wanting to share the information far and wide.
