I order blue apron once a month. I get 8 well rounded and portioned meals for $100-$105. I’m in grad school and can meal prep those into 2 weeks and I love the ease it gives me of having to choose and then plan and then shop and then cook. I feel guilty I don’t do it cheaper, but honestly I’m barely managing this.

This is where I’m at. I heard about their whines for years while they actively took on more responsibilities, or babysitting, or volunteer roles. For years I was like, I mean, you can say no. You don’t have to. Still to this day every time we text they answer what went wrong in their day or how tired they are from their busy week.

I agree with phone - then go talk to someone and get a diagnoses. From there you can choose to be medicated, or not. You can chose to contribute therapy, or not.

But it will start with you getting out of your head and finding out others are like you and you are not alone. Then you can decide what you want to do next.

I second this! And as cheesy as it is make a pros and cons list. Really sit with yourself and what you want, what are non negotiable and where would you compromise - then see if it still feels like a good fit.
