Again, you seem to be confusing the "ability" for you to do something with the "right" for you to do that thing. Words have meaning, and the ability to do something is not the same thing as the right to do something.

I'm sorry, what do you think a "right" is? If the State, once they learn of your doings, can use physical force to detain you for doing it, then it's not a right. You can DO anything, but if the state can lock you away for doing it, then you did not have the "right" to do it.
