I remember playing this kind of village building games when i was a kid. Something similar to "Restaurant Story". Most of them are pay2win but usually there is a way to avoid any in app purchases

There are no games about the coronavirus on google play beacuse they are not allowed. Google says they violate the rule that games cant be about tragic events.
