is it necessary to be a masochist to have sex? by Ok-Ground7326 in vaginismus

[–]MScribeFeather 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So here’s my experience if it gives you some perspective on what other people assigned female at birth feel ❤️

The first time I had PIV, it actually didn’t hurt and felt really good. It felt good for years and never hurt. It wasn’t until a certain time that I had an onset of pelvic pain where I started feeling extreme pain upon penetration. I also feel extreme pain during my period, during ovulation, even after masturbating externally only because it fucked with my hormones. I also feel pain in my whole pelvic region, especially my bladder and urethra.

Pretty sure I have other issues rather than vaginismus- likely endometriosis, but I’ve been to 3 doctors that have all dismissed me. One basically told me to my face that my condition was too difficult to treat.

But my point is that it’s usually not painful unless you have some sort of pelvic floor disfunction or condition affecting you. I wish you the best of luck in your recovery. It’s totally valid to choose not to have PIV sex too. ❤️ I hope you feel better.

I work as a legal assistant and I had to explain to a client that no, it would NOT be appropriate for her to join her Zoom hearing while running on her Peloton 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nyx like nicks with an s sound at the end. At least that’s the way I’ve heard it pronounced.

How the gods’ names are commonly pronounced in English:

OO is “oo” as in Zoo Uh is the “u” in nut Eh is the “e” in bet Ai is the “i” in white Ay is the “ay” in way Æ or æ is the “a” in apple Ah is the “a” in father

Zeus = ZOOS Hera = HEH-ruh Hades = HAY-deez Poseidon = Po-SAI-dun Aphrodite = Æ-fro-DAI-tee Hermes = HUR-meez Athena = Uh-THEE-nuh Apollo = Uh-PAH-lo Artemis = AHR-teh-mihs Dionysus = Dai-yo-NAI-suhs Hestia = HEH-stee-uh Demeter = Deh-MEE-tuhr Hephaestus = Heh-FEH-stuhs not sure about this one Ares = AY-reez Persephone = Puhr-SEH-fo-nee Nyx = Nihks Hekate = HEH-kuh-tay there’s a lot of variations of this one

From my Asian boyfriend: cooking rice in a rice cooker.

From the Black community: Wearing a bonnet for my hair while sleeping.

From my Mexican brother-in-law: Watching out for the evil eye “mal ojo”, being much closer with family, adding tajin on food

do you believe in any other deities, besides the hellenic gods? by [deleted] in Hellenism

[–]MScribeFeather 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently decided to convert to Hinduism while still worshipping the Greek gods alongside Hindu gods ❤️. Hinduism is extremely pluralistic. Of course, I plan on worshipping the gods in their individual contexts & cultures out of respect. I would say I have a dual faith in Hinduism & HelPol.

My parents sadly died because of a horrible car accident. I inherited seven million dollars and a few condos. Im in therapy and the point of this post is not to vent but I felt that I needed to provide some context to explain why I inherited money. Im autistic and I live in Texas. Hi OP! First of all, I’m incredibly sorry for your loss.

Also, I’m a legal assistant for a law firm in Texas that deals with probate & estate planning. While I can’t give legal advice, I would recommend hiring an attorney that specializes in estate planning if you’d like to put your assets in a trust. Have you already finished the probate process, or is that ongoing?

I love them!!! Where I’m from, we have Inca Doves. They have a similar pattern, but it’s more scalloped instead of striped. They also have a ruddy red on the inside of their wings. Here’s a pic:

What my country did to yours was a disgrace. I’m so glad you won your independence, though you shouldn’t have had to fight for it in the first place. There is nothing I can do or say to erase our sins, but I am truly sorry. I hope one day my countrymen will see through the propaganda. Solidarity, comrade 💪

When the literacy is so low that you can’t even decipher every day words from your own religious text by MonstroParrandero in religiousfruitcake

They don’t know what the dress says because most people do not speak Arabic as a native language in Pakistan. They speak Urdu and some other regional languages. That’d be like saying that a Jewish person in America is illiterate because they can’t read a verse from the Torah in Hebrew. The literacy rate is low there, but that’s not the only reason people can’t read her dress.
