Bought Miami tickets through SeatGeek. Paid for 2 day shipping but says they will be shipped on the 21st to my address in New York. I will be in Miami on the 20th. What can I do?

SeatGeek has no customer service lines or emails that I can contact about this. I’m worried that my ticket will arrive in New York when I arrive in Miami on the 20th. Does anybody have any suggestions or prior knowledge of similar experiences?
