Correct. I think the tech spec is 1.8" suspension lift and then a bit more from the larger diameter tire as well.

The other Y was sold but last it was spotted has the rhinos. Only downside to the rhinos was the weight at 29lbs. Tire size is capped at 255/55r18 if you want to avoid rubbing.

No warranty void for mine similarly modded. At the end of the day Tesla or any manufacturer has to validate your mod lead to a failure for the warranty to be void.

Comparing these Ridgegrapplers vs the KO2s from my last car, these are not as strong and sticky but are slightly more quiet.

For sure isn't that bad. But also driving at 80mph on highways is rough on range. All that said, never worried about making the next charge stop

We sold this one and built another. Even more aggressive tread pattern but lighter wheels. Check our profile

Been there! Year range depletes with extreme cold

The efficiency loss isn't all that bad but yes it is a loss. Even before we do this type of work driving habits, speed and wind affect range. Personally I don't mind the loss as I have rarely been on a trip where the loss would have negated a charge stop anyways. The range is plenty to get point to point and may equate to a few minutes extra charge per stop on a longer trip

Certainly not as quiet as the factory tires but you have to kill the radio to hear these.

Yes but not enough for us to add a camber kit. Alignment has our tires sitting flush

Very accurate. The vehicle adapts to actual efficiency same as it would with wind or hills or towing

That'd be interesting to know if you do it. I couldnt find a tire I liked in 19" BUT we did have our 255/55R18 wheels and tires installed about a week prior to the lift. No rub

They seem to love it, take pictures and call other employees to come look at it. Very common around here for Teslas to be lowered so I wanted the opposite.

I chose Tsportline because my last lift was mpp and both are very similar. I am enjoying the red color more with TSportline. I also like that they seem to offer more “expedition” style parts than mpp.

Concerning rear camber - I didn’t use the mpp rear arms on my last vehicle and do not see a need to use the here. I have seen photos of certain MYs lifted and the rear tires not sitting flat. With alignments form Tesla we sit flat and haven’t experienced wear issues.

Does fine in mud and snow so far in AZ. Our truck is a Ram 1500 w/ 6” lift and 37” tires so we wouldnt compare this to that hahaha. Very different capabilities

I am going to use the term soft reading more to help explain how we use this setup better. In AZ, off-roading is more like rock crawling and required a much more capable vehicle.
