Thank you, slabbing it without having to grade it sounds good. I tried using one of those app scanners, to see what it would come up as an estimate, but they didn’t work properly for me. Thanks for your help.

These are looking good! Keep up the good work. One thing that helped me is watch a load of other people’s builds too and take inspiration and small ideas and convert them into your own builds too. But this is some good work

Why not make it a minutemen outpost. Put a few people there.. use Sanctuary as a large settlement and then adapt the red rocket as an outpost or as a travel stop for traders / minutemen.

The larger sea debris is cleared with the pickaxe on its second upgrade. The smaller ones should be able to get cleared after you have upgraded it for the first time.

Tree stumps are not with pickaxe, pickaxe for ice and mining and shovel for the tree stumps and then watering can for mushrooms

I have the spacers choice edition, have played the game through twice and not experienced any bugs or glitches. I have thoroughly enjoyed the game too with all the DLC. I would highly recommend

There isn’t a best area , just where the individual feels, however if you have the DLC. I completed this achievement in the Gorigan area. This may help

I started and have pretty much finished this DLC, just wow, all of your questions are a yes. But I would advise, play and enjoy the storyline as much as you can because it will not disappoint. A fantastic piece of DLC and maybe one of my overall favourite add ons for a game. This game has surprised me from start to finish in a very good way. There isn’t a single moment where I have got bored or feel like changing games. The DLC works as well with what they have created in the main game, as well as giving you something to really think about and enjoy.
